Will I be
able to access my domain name with or without the WWW?
Yes, you will
be able to access the domain name with or without the WWW in front. For
example, you could access the domain name "mydomain.com" by going to
"www.mydomain.com" as well as "mydomain.com". This only works with .COM domain
names. Note: you can view other domain names using the IP instead of
the usual address and you will be given this when you open an account.

Can I transfer existing domain name to Your Servers?
Yes. We can transfer your domain name, park your domain name, or point it

How long does it take before my domain name is active?
Once your domain name has been registered (or transferred, if
applicable), it usually takes about 72-hours before it is active. All internet
providers must update their records (DNS tables) to reflect new site locations.
This is called propagation and can sometimes be delayed under rare
circumstances.

Does Dynamic Webs limit the number of hits I can receive
each month?
Different packages give a different number of allowed hits,
including packages that allow an unlimited amount of hits with no additional

What is an auto-responder?
An auto-responder is an automated e-mail response that our server can
be set up to send to the address of someone e-mailing the auto-responder
address. For example, we could set up info@yourdomain.com as an auto-responder.
Then whenever someone requested information, the text file that you create and
specify will be e-mailed to the sender of the e-mail. This could be something
as simple as, "thank you for your e-mail we will get back to you in the next 24
hours." Or you could send a 100 page informational packet.
